Mission.

3P is on a mission to train and empower employees and businesses to deal with conflict swiftly and justly, with a win/win restorative mindset that is committed to treating all people with dignity and respect.

Values.

Respect: At the core of 3P is the belief that all people should be treated with dignity and respect.

Dialogue: 3P practices a win/win conflict strategy that focuses on adult-to-adult communication and restoration of relationships.

Courage: 3P recognizes it is uncomfortable, awkward, and tough to address workplace conflict. Courage, along with the right skills and support, enables us to do the right thing and act for the good in the face of fear.

Flourishing: 3P is passionate about creating healthy and productive work environments that benefit individuals, businesses, and communities.

Diversity: 3P believes quality and innovative problem solving occurs when we invite and listen to a wide variety of people from different backgrounds and life experiences.

Method.

3P follows the International Ombuds Association Code of Ethics, based on the principles of independence, neutrality and impartiality, confidentiality, and informality.

While 3P’s practice has been shaped and influenced by many greater thinkers and their works, 3P’s vision of a Workplace Conflict Restoration System is a direct reflection of David Liddle’s works Managing Conflict and Transformational Culture. 3P is thankful and indebted to David Liddle’s insight and passion for his people-centered conflict management approach. I encourage you to learn more about his work and company, The TCM Group.
